本日は延岡地域雇用促進協議会主催の「特産品及び販売所ブラッシュアップセミナー」に夫婦で参加。
朝から夕方まで２日間に渡り講習を受けます。
これまで、様々のセミナーを受講したり経営本など読んで頭では理解しているつもりで臨むのですが、講師の宮田理恵先生のお話しは、ご自身が食品会社時代に店で取り扱う全ての商品の生産者宅へ直接出向いて、生産の過程や思いを訪ねたとのお言葉通り
話の合間に受講者へ適度な問いかけがあったり、明るく楽しそうに語りかけて頂くので、じわじわと期待感とか希望が出てくる思いでした。
久しぶりに高揚感を持って初日を終了しました。
ＳＮＳについては、「みさとなパイ」はFacebookページなので、
まだまだ閲覧数は少ないのですが、大阪で始めた管理者名「谷英路」のお友達が何かにつけて応援してくれます。
とても心強いツールとなっています。
ただし、以前、ブログで「鯨問題でIWCなんて退会しろ」と色々批判した投稿をしたところ、怪しげな言葉使いで「小日本●×・・」などと炎上状態になったことがある。手軽だけに取扱いにご注意！
明日は調理実習。益々楽しみですよ！
